Before scheduling, choose the option that best matches what you are looking for.

Not Sure Which Appointment to Choose?

Start With a Free 10-Minute Consultation

If you are unsure whether you need ongoing ADHD care or a standalone diagnostic evaluation, the free 10-minute consultation may be the best place to begin.

During this brief consultation, you can ask questions about:

  • How the ADHD evaluation process works

  • The difference between the $300 and $500 evaluation pathways

  • What ongoing ADHD treatment involves

  • Whether ADHD Philadelphia may be a good fit for what you are seeking

  • Which appointment you should schedule next

The free consultation is intended to help you understand your options before beginning care. It is not a diagnostic evaluation or medication-management appointment, and diagnosis or treatment decisions are not made during the consultation.

Already Know What You Need?

Choose one of the two adult ADHD evaluation pathways below.

OPTION 1

ADHD Evaluation + Ongoing Care

$300 Total Initial Evaluation

Choose this pathway if you want an ADHD evaluation and plan to establish ongoing ADHD treatment with ADHD Philadelphia.

This pathway begins an ongoing ADHD treatment relationship with ADHD Philadelphia.

Step 1 — Initial ADHD Consultation: $150

The initial clinical consultation reviews areas including:

  • Current ADHD symptoms

  • Childhood and developmental history

  • Attention and executive-function difficulties

  • Functional impairment

  • Work, academic, relationship, and daily-life functioning

Step 2 — ADHD Testing & Results Appointment: $150

Your results and diagnostic findings are reviewed with you, and when ADHD is diagnosed, appropriate treatment recommendations and next steps are discussed.

Total Initial Evaluation: $300

$150 initial consultation + $150 ADHD testing/results appointment

The $300 Evaluation + Ongoing Care pathway is intended for patients establishing ongoing ADHD treatment with ADHD Philadelphia.

Ongoing Treatment

When clinically appropriate, ongoing care may include:

  • Medication management

  • Stimulant or non-stimulant treatment

  • Medication monitoring and adjustment

  • ADHD-focused behavioral strategies

  • Executive-function strategies

  • Treatment planning

  • Continued assessment of symptoms and functioning

Receiving an ADHD diagnosis does not guarantee that medication or stimulant medication will be prescribed. Treatment recommendations are individualized and based on clinical appropriateness.

Important Information Before Scheduling

ADHD Testing Does Not Diagnose ADHD by Itself

A computerized test or questionnaire alone does not establish an ADHD diagnosis.

Adult ADHD diagnosis requires consideration of the broader clinical picture, including:

  • Current symptoms

  • Developmental history

  • Relevant childhood symptoms

  • Functional impairment

  • Symptoms across important areas of life

  • Medical and psychiatric history

  • Sleep

  • Medication and substance-use considerations

  • Possible alternative explanations

  • Possible co-occurring conditions

  • Testing and standardized information when appropriate

Medication Is Not Guaranteed

An ADHD diagnosis does not automatically result in a prescription.

Medication recommendations are based on your individual clinical evaluation, diagnosis, health history, risks, potential contraindications, treatment goals, and clinical appropriateness.

When medication is appropriate, treatment options are discussed with you.

Review the Medication Management & Stimulant Treatment Policy before beginning ongoing medication treatment.
